This database is prepared under the “Road Safety Management and Capacity Building Project”. Dhaka Transport Coordination Authority (DTCA), Road Transport and Highways Division, Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh is the Client of the project. The Accident Research Institute (ARI) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), represented by the Bureau of Research, Testing and Consultation (BRTC), BUET carried out the key activities of the project as the Consultant. The project was inaugurated on 23 July 2020 and accomplished by April 2022.
